Hello, this is Dr. Foster. Spanking children can cause lifelong and permanent emotional and physical damage. Do not spank them!

In the 1700s, Western slave owners desired a method of punishing slaves that caused as much pain as possible without permanently impairing their ability to work. They did not care if they caused lifelong pain or pelvic injuries so long as the slave could work. Thus, they invented spanking. The slaves were stripped naked, tied with their knees to their chest and paddled with heavy wooden sticks on their buttocks and legs. In this position, the pelvic floor is completely exposed to damage, including the perineum and the genitals. This was fine with the slave owners because their intention was to produce intense pain.

At first, they just did this to slaves, but after the American Civil War, the slaves were freed. Black children started going to school in the Southern United States. But the White teachers, particularly female ones, had trouble controlling the boys. So, in the American South and other places they introduced spanking. Sadly, they used virtually the same method they used on the plantations. Shockingly, this same method is used in 2023 in many southern American states, and a few places in England! It is primarily happening in private or Christian schools. They still strip boys naked. Surveys reveal that 82% of boys were stripped for their spanking. Over 50% of children report being told to bend over and grab their ankles or touch their toes. When a child is bent over like that, at 180 degrees, their perineum and genitals can protrude so that they are unprotected by the child's legs. When the teacher spanks the child, the paddle can easily strike the back of the boy's scrotum or the girl's clitoris. This can result in enormous pain and lifelong physical damage.

What does that pain do? Both the scrotum and the clitoris contain enormous amounts of a nueropeptide called Substance P. That is a pain magnifier. It makes a little pain feel much worse. A direct connection exists between the genitals and the brain. When that paddle hits the genitals, it sends a signal up those nerve endings. It gets magnified by Substance P. By the time it reaches the brain, it is a super strong signal. Since the signal is coming from the sex organs, even though it is a pain signal, the brain interprets it as sexual pleasure. Many boys report getting erections from spanking, especially when they are nude and bent over. Many girls report getting wet. Some examples:

  • "...in high school...bent over...holding my shins...a paddling (which hurt) I got hard... It was 50 yrs ago and a bare ass paddling was normal..." (Charlie Johnson, 2023)
  • "...many woman vagina wet when they are receiving spanking on their bare bottom it is because spanking will stimulate the nerve endings in her vagina and make them wet during spanking." (Roopal Sharma, 2023)

Some children have even reported experiencing an orgasm during spanking:

  • "I have [orgasmed] multiple time[s]...due to the spanks on my pussy." (Angel, 2023)
  • "[She] spanked me with my pants down, and really spanked hard and I got this weird feeling in my dick and balls and while she was smacking me it just started coming out and I was in orgasm." (Anon, 2021)

Thus, for many children, getting their genitals crushed with a paddle is their first sexual experience. The first sexual experience can orient a child for life. People wonder why so many adults in the West are interested in spanking. It is because they got their first sexual experience via spanking in school. This sets them up for a lifetime of seeking pain in their pelvic region in order to satisfy their sexual desires.

If you must spank your child, follow these rules:

  • Do not remove a child's clothing because this causes emotional shame and could sexualize the event.
  • Use a whip of thin ropes similar to the way Jesus did (John 2:15). These inflict pain to the skin, but are light-weight and cause only-surface level damage. A flogger like the one on the right can be purchased at Amazon and is much safer for your child. Do not ever use a wooden paddle or another heavy object to strike the pelvic area of a child.
  • Never make the child bend over. Bending exposes the sacrum to greater risk of injury. If the child bends over further than their knees (grabs their toes, ankles, or shins), this exposes their perineum and genitals to damage. There are many cases where the damage to the sacrum, perineum, or genitals caused lifelong disability including pudendal nerve damage, loss of sensation in the genitals, erectile dysfunction, or damage to the testicles that reduced testosterone or caused infertility.
  • Never allow anyone else to spank your child.

An ounce of prevention can save a lifetime of pelvic problems!
